Health Science
Students interested in health science careers can take prerequisite coursework required for admission into Nursing and Allied Health programs and those interested in Pre-Professional Studies. Healthcare is one of the fastest-growing career fields in the country. MCC offers several health science programs in their state-of-the-art Health Science Institute (see helpful links).
ECP is a partner of the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program that is part of Summit Technology Academy's Accelerated College Programs. Students that successfully complete the program requirements will be accepted into one of Kansas City's metro area prestigious nursing programs: Avila School of Nursing, Research College of Nursing, Rockhurst University-Saint Luke's College of Nursing, UMKC School of Nursing, and University of Central Missouri School of Nursing.
